You already know Rand Paul is crazier than a shithouse rat. And now you know he’s still pretending to know what’s best for brown people, being an expert and all. According to Rand, racism just does not exist and voter ID laws aren’t barriers that impact one race more than another. And this man thinks he can be the president. HAHAHA. [CN|2]

In the 10 years since sagging power lines in Ohio sparked a blackout across much of the Northeastern United States and Canada, utility engineers say they have implemented measures to prevent another such event in the country’s electric grid. But there is one disaster scenario for which the power companies are still unprepared: a massive attack on the computer networks that underlie the U.S. electric grid. [NPR]

  1. In comparing Rand Paul’s sanity to that of shithouse rats’ sanity is an insult to shithouse rats everywhere.

  2. Kudos Bill, I also would like to challenge those who think that person(s) who are on food stamps should just get a job, should try to understand that we still have a high unemployment rate and that if they think it is so easy to go find employment, test their theory and apply for a job themselves. I guarantee you that if they tried to seek employment, they would find out how difficult it is to be hired and this is at a time when corporate profits are at a 50 year high. What’s up with that?
One more thing I might add to those who think everyone could do as well as themselves economically.., the pie is only so big, so are you willing to give up a portion of your slice, because they greedy corporate elite and wall street bankers have proved they are not willing to be fair?
