Candidates for the 4th District congressional seat were at KET on Monday for a debate. During a discussion about where money to pay for federal education grants comes from, get a load of what Thomas Massie had to say:

HAHA – China! Seems ole dude is taking his talking points directly from teabagger Phil Moffett. Interesting hearing the other candidates chuckle under their breath.
