Montgomery County Schools superintendent Joshua Powell is using his school resource officer, Chris Barrier, to serve school employees today.
Can you say “intimidation”? Using his resource officer to serve people as far away as Lexington. All to get them to show up at his EPSB trial/hearing that begins January 12.
Yep, the school-paid resource officer (a guy Powell is also illegally using as School Administrator) is serving subpoenas. For his personal trial.
Your tax dollars at work.

Barrier himself has been subpoenaed to testify.
Turns out, Powell also used other school resource officers to serve subpoenas today in an attempt to intimidate witnesses.
That means multiple people were likely being paid overtime on your dime to serve subpoenas for something that is entirely personal for Powell.
