Last evening’s school board meeting in Montgomery County was mind-bogglingly short. Lasted roughly 30 minutes. Started at 6:30 and all of our people were home by 7:10.
Embattled superintendent Joshua Powell, despite rumors, did not resign. But he did get sued again. More on that in a few days.
Powell begged the board to purchase cases for the million dollars worth of Chromebooks he ordered. A board member asked if the KDE had approved the project but… wait for it… nope, no approval.
