This Is What Started The Hall Retaliation In MoCo

We’ve repeatedly written about Montgomery County Schools whistleblower Jennifer Hall. Many have asked, however, for more detail about what started the backlash against her. So let’s take a look at that.

Here’s the inspection with licensing that started the retaliation. She dared tell the truth to investigators from the Office of Inspector General when they showed up:

Later, another complaint was filed with the Division of Regulated Child Care. Investigators showed up on July 1 to examine the adult-to-student ratio:

Unfortunately for investigators, they didn’t bother to determine that one of the “adults” working that day was 17-years-old and couldn’t legally be considered an adult. Which likely isn’t their fault… because who in their right mind would think a school district would attempt to classify a minor child as an adult?

According to sources working that day, the girl had her own team on the day the little boy ran across a four-lane highway to get away. Which, if true, is another ruh ro moment.

Which seems like a nightmare waiting to happen.

On a related note: Why would a social worker/specialized investigator be helping Montgomery County Schools officials (i.e., Kristi Carter) attempt to intimidate and threaten daycare workers who dared tell the truth about a couple recent incidents?

Could it be because he’s friends with Carter and has a relative working in the school district?

Surely the Commonwealth of Kentucky can get its ducks in a row in Montgomery County and put an end to all of these little slip ups.
