Montgomery County Schools superintendent Joshua Powell loves to accuse anyone who questions his illegal (nepotism) actions of being laughable and corrupt. And if they’re school employees (Dusso) or school board members he doesn’t like, he often accuses them of wasting money.
So it’s surprising to see his confidant and employee, Kristi Carter, using her school-funded iPhone to photograph her vacations and to highlight a trip to a liquor store:
And a trip to the Maker’s Mark factory:
There’s no record that Carter reimburses the district for what is clearly personal use of government equipment and accounts.
Can’t possibly be related to official child care business or running the district.
