  I’ve always try to reach out to Republican leaders about the problems with have with compromising with each other and the lack of sitting down and hearing the others’ side. In fact today I made a call to Steve Robertson to talk more about starting a better dialogue or for that matter, starting a dialogue. I have a couple good conversations with David Williams, Ernie Fletcher, Brett Guthrie, Ron Lewis and other prominent leaders.
  Now I may still be motivated from Bill Clinton’s speech he gave here last week in Owensboro, but I would like to share with you part of what he said;
  “It’s shocking really on how much progress we’ve made in this country in less than 100 years. We’re less racist, sexist and homophobic than we used to be. We just have one bigotry left. We don’t want to be around anyone who disagrees with us.”
  I sure don’t want to be considered a bigot, how about you?
