She did so at a women’s reproductive health event at George Washington University.
HAHA! Just kidding. She didn’t.
A bunch of D.C. reporters just hyped it up on Twitter because they’re bored out of their minds with sequester, drones and Rand Paul constantly calling them all to discuss Ameros and Obama Phones. And because they thought someone running for the U.S. Senate in Kentucky would actually make their announcement of candidacy outside Kentucky – ha.
The best part? Joe Arnold retweeting this offensive remark:

We have no idea why a member of the mainstream media would retweet something about Ashley Judd and her well-publicized issues with anxiety and depression. Surely he didn’t think it through? If he did think it through, it’s almost as offensive as Donald Trump suggesting Ashley Judd needed a man (Karl Rove) to make her relevant.

Uhm. His remark was directed at the DSCC not Ashley Judd. Nice try though.

Uhm. Considering all the recent hubbubbbbbbbz about her therapy dogs being used to treat anxiety and depression – amongst the twitterati – I’d say that’s a bullshit excuse.
It’s one thing to crack a joke in private. It’s another for a member of the mainstream media with no history of being humorous to retweet something involving Xanax and anxiety about a woman who is very public about her battles.
