Early last week we shared news of the NAACP’s investigation/records request at the University of Kentucky.
Now it’s time to look at UK’s response:

So it looks like the local NAACP will have to try a bit harder to find out what the University of Kentucky has to hide.

Not sure it’s as cut-and-dried as UK thinks. As the recent revelations about football game attendance figures show, there’s a difference between what UK announces as fact and what is literally the truth.
