It’s Perry County Legislator Blind Item Time!

October 9th, 2012 · 2 Comments

Oh ho ho, guess which Perry County legislator got caught doing 95MPH in a 55 zone on the Mountain Parkway.

They were so pissed they got a ticket that they’ve called Kentucky State Police for a non-scheduled inquisition in front of the Program Review & Investigations Committee on Thursday.

Here’s hoping KSP starts standing up to legislators who try to weasel out of serious traffic tickets.

I’m going to guess it’s the same Perry County legislator who is delusional enough to think he will be elected Senate President if King David leaves.

And I’m going to guess it’s the same Perry County legislator is in a general pain in the ass to everyone and won’t take “no” for an answer when he asks for something from a state agency that it’s against regulations, law or policy for them to do. Hint: it’s not the one DemGirl is thinking of.

What was a Perry County legislator doing on the 55 mph section of the Mountain Parkway, anyway? If they’re going to Prestonsburg, they’d use 80, not 15 and the Mountain Parkway.
