You will probably pee a little bit when you read this editorial in the Herald-Leader about Keith Hall’s maybe-corrupt Indian coal deal. It’s nice to see the mainstream media take note every once in a while. Meanwhile, Steve Beshear continues to hype his involvement with the deal. [H-L]

Even with all the frustration over unemployment, there are others who have the opposite problem: companies unable to find enough skilled workers to meet their needs. One Frankfort company has had to turn down jobs because they say they just can’t find enough qualified workers. [WKYT]

    “A Question of Mitt’s Sincerity”

Anne: “No need to respond. Mitt is always sincere and authentic when he speaks.”

Lexington reporter: “He appeared to be–at least this time.”

You said: “The people in New York Ceeeety have noticed that Andy Barr is freaking out during his second loss to Republican Ben Chandler.”
The New York Times correctly identified Chandler as a democrat.
One note: if the Times writes an article about anything in Kentucky besides horses, it’s generally not good, and yes, they are paying attention.
