Here is everybody’s favorite god complex victim, Rand Paul, complaining about something his constituency sorely needs:
Unfortunately for Rand, he’s still just an afterthought for most Americans and his colleagues in the U.S. Senate. Eventually, his novelty will wear off and even the media will tire of his constant yapping.
