    How will EKY survive without coal jobs, once all the coal plants shut down? As far as economy, that’s pretty much all that’s going east of Morehead. Without those jobs, people will suffer. Without the upgrades, people’s health will suffer. With the upgrades, we all suffer with never ending utility cost increases. How do you take one side or the other here?
