No one is taking action on Palumbo because she lives in her district, with her mother, in accordance with the law.

Uh, she doesn’t live in the home she swears on legal documents she says she lives in.
She votes in a precinct in which she doesn’t reside.
Neither of those acts are in accordance with any law, as we have regularly discussed. And as the Herald-Leader discussed two months later.
What’s grasping at straws is Ruth Ann wishing I’d stop talking about it.

Any person who knowingly or fraudulently causes himself to be registered in more than one (1) precinct, or to be registered more than once, or in a precinct other than the one in which he is a legal voter, or who registers under any name other than his real name, or who gives a false address, or who in any manner causes himself to be registered when he is not legally entitled to register, or who makes a false oath as to his ability to read or write, or who knowingly or fraudulently aids, abets, counsels or advises in the commission of any such act, shall be subject to the penalties prescribed for Class D felonies.

Oh my God your right! That’s just like the Secretary of State in Indiana! Except he claimed to live in a district he really didnt.
Where as Palumbo is living with her mother until her own house gets repaired, and both houses are in her district.
So wait…..I guess its not the same at all. And you still have no point.

Says an individual who believes they’re anonymous and likely wouldn’t say what they’re saying with their name attached.
Ruth Ann, for the millionth time, says she lives in a PRECINCT she does not live in at an address where she does not reside. That’s on her filing forms. She also votes at a precinct in which she does not reside.
That house has been sitting empty for years and years with zero repair work going on. So save the bullshit spin.
