Once again, I see some familiar names on that list, including one person who was a merit employee and got a promotion to a non-merit job under Fletcher, but reverted back to a merit job when Fletcher went out of office; and a hardcore Democrat merit employee who has been heard more than once to say that we would have been better off had Fletcher won a second term. What in the hell is he thinking?

Any merit employee who gives to the man who has taken 2 percent of their annual income, caused their health insurance premiums to go up, not given them a raise in years, cracked down on the evaluation procedures so as to discourage rewarding employees with two extra vacation days, and so forth and so in, is an idiot. There, I said it.
