Remember 2009 when Brad Cummings was calling Jerry Abramson out?
No? Maybe because the mainstream has ignored everything bad the man has ever done?
We thought this campaign cycle would be a bit different. That Abramson’s opponents would have the guts to call him out for more than giving his friends jobs.
Unfortunately, we’ve yet to hear about the $800,000 payment Jerry’s wife received in a back-scratching move. We’ve yet to hear about the things Jerry’s kid has gotten away with (shooting guns at cars, driving city vehicles, etc). And the Cordish disaster, anyone?
There’s no reason to think Kentucky will ever hear about the real Abramson.

If there were to be a meet up for every Louisvillian who has ever cancelled their C-J subscription because of one sided, our crowd bias, you could fill a couple of Yum Centers. It’s one thing to have editorial preferences on politics..that’s as old as our republic. But when fair minded people can keep adding up the blatant favoritism over the years they might just decide to stop paying for the insults. Now on to Richie’s divorce and refrigerators and hotel rooms and “burrowed” employees.

I’d say that whoever knows the poop should put it all out there and share it with the public in detail, because the fact is people don’t know! It’s been covered up so well for so long!
