Prof. Lame: “Can you believe how JR is now dipping into Foundation money for a $200,00 consultant on the hospital merger? I thought we had a budget crisis in KY.”
Prof. Impotento: “He’s sratchin’ the ex-governor’s back who got him his job, is all.”
