Kentucky’s low ranking on “Green States” shows we have a long way to go to inform our commonwealth on the benefits of being “Greener”. Do we stay the course of ignoring the health of our children, the damage we do to our environment, all in defense of draconian economics? Or do we face the reality that we have an opportunity to seek a better way to grow our economy and create new innovated technologies for our agricultural, energy needs and etc. Let me borrow a quote I heard from Gatewood Galbraith, “when you find yourself in a hole, quit digging!”

“His Cup of Tea?”
Reporter: “Is it a quandary pickin’ between DeMint and Isakson, Senator?
Mitch: “DeMint is like holy grail to the Tea Baggers. Isakson might be seen as a bit more rational.”
Reporter: “I see your dilemma. What will you do?”
Mitch: “Play for political expediency, go for DeMint.”

“I Hear Music, I Hear God”
Reporter: “How could you tell God was tuggin’ at your heart?”
Harmon: “It was the same kind of warm feeling I get when I finalize a solid loan transfer.”
Reporter: “What did you say to God?”
Harmon: “I humbly agreed with Him and said it was the right time for me to rise to higher office. We think alike in many ways that serve our purposes.”

As for the gay marriage law Tea Party video, I’m surprised that you included it for today, being it doesn’t support the notion that the Tea Party are backwards bigots that some try to portray.

Maybe Conway see’s that Grimes could not only be a strong SOS, but run for Attorney General someday.
