Quick, Let’s Ignore Forcht’s Mega Ties To Dems!

Interesting that Rand Paul’s campaign hasn’t requested the full-page ad in the Herald-Leader be changed to exclude the curb stomper guy. [B&P]

Ruh ro! Here comes the Witch Christine O’Donnell sexytime scandal! Complete with photos. [Gawker]

Once casino gambling is legalized in Kentucky, what next? Will gamblers begin abusing payday loan sharks even more? Is that what we’re going to push? I find it interesting that most of the mainstream media sits on its hands when it comes to junk like this. Particularly when Papaw Beshear’s own law firm is the incorporating agency for payday loan sharks in five different states. Funny how that works. [Deep Payday Loan Shark Thoughts]

Sure, it’s bad that Terry Forcht’s nursing home scandal happened and that he holds Karl Rove’s fancy American Crossroads account. But why aren’t we talking about how Steve Beshear loves him so much that he gives him all kinds of love? Like his fancy appointment to the Kentucky Economic Development Partnership Board. And where’s the mention that he’s just as ingrained with Democrats in Kentucky as he is with Rand Paul? Funny how Mark Riddle never mentions his own ties to Forcht when he calls reporters pushing this story. [TPM]

Even Salon is accepting Riddle/Collins/Haley talking points. See? Sure, it’s a conflict. But it’s not even as bad as Jack’s Executive Branch Ethics Commission scandal, which the mainstream media has 100% ignored and literally covered up in one instance. [Salon]

Who has Forcht supported? Here’s a partial list from KREF: Tom Owen, Charlie Miller, Jonnie Ray Turner, Tim Shaughnessy, Jimmie Lee, Greg Stumbo, Jim Newberry, Kentucky House Democratic Caucus Campaign Committee, Bob Damron, Steve Beshear, Paul Patton. To name a few. [Deep Democratic Thoughts]

Even if Karen Sypher were innocent, I’d still hope she got locked up. Cause the more I have to hear about these crazy ass conspiracies of hers, the more I die a little inside. Filing a child abuse report against her ex-husband and Rick Pitino. Wow. If I had kids? I wouldn’t let them play with her kids. [FatLip]

Kathy Groob sends another hateful, inaccurate mail piece for a candidate in Northern Kentucky. Is anyone surprised? If it’s not hate-filled websites built as personal attacks, it’s ridiculous mail pieces like this. [Enquirer]

If you are going to Warshington to fingerbang like 20 people at the Jon Stewart-Stephen Colbert orgy, like you did at the Glenn Beck Rascal Race, here is the schedule. [Wonkette]

One of the many reasons Politico makes me want to gag myself with a spoon. [HuffPo]

Kathy Groob’s company doing a slanderous mailing? Imagine my surprise.

Seriously, I have met a lot of politicians in my life, but Groob is the most bitter, hatefilled, vicious one ever. Tops all in the creepiness factor.

What Forcht has spent pales in comparison to the hundreds of millions of dollars the SEIU and other unions are throwing around. As Jake stated, at least Forcht has given to some Dems.

Nope, that’s not at all what I said or implied.

I pointed out that it’s hypocritical for the Democrats and liberals to feign outrage over this.

To act like labor unions are on par with Karl Rove is complete right-wing spin.
