Last month I gave away four tickets to The Kite Runner at Actors Theatre. As I said then, I’m putting my money where my mouth is and am giving away tickets to nine Actors productions this season. In doing so, I hope to open a few eyes to the great things Louisville has to offer its own citizens and the rest of the state.
This month I’m giving away tickets to Dracula. The show runs from September 17 through October 31, but the tickets I’m giving away may be used between September 19 and October 10.
Everyone knows the legend of Dracula but not everyone has seen this cult thriller done the Louisville way. It’s one of the best Halloween experiences in the region. From Actors: The vampire hunt is on! Experience the Louisville Halloween tradition that drips with suspense—and even more blood. This celebrated gothic screamfest is jam-packed with plenty of thrills and chills to keep you on the edge of your seat.
See? It’ll be excitement that you won’t want to miss.
Here’s what you have to do in order to win: leave a comment on this post, send me an email or message me on Twitter. Tell me why you’re interested in seeing the show. I’ll hold a drawing on Friday so you’ll have adequate time for planning. Please be sure to use your actual email address in the proper comment field so I may get in touch with winners.
Two of you will receive one voucher for two tickets each (an $88 value!) to be used Sunday through Thursday or during Saturday matinees. If you’re not a fancy winner, please consider buying tickets and supporting one of Louisville’s gems.
And like I said a few weeks ago, please spread the word on your radio and television shows, blows, websites and social networking profiles. It’s time for everyone to focus on what we have right here in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We need to promote and take advantage of what is uniquely ours.
Best of luck to you!
