That’s right. I said it. Todd Hollenbach is finished.
Remember when he fired Mary John Celletti due to “budget constraints“? And then altered her time sheets? Well, not only has Todd denied all of Celletti’s comp time, he changed it to regular time, according to a source within his office. Something for which he’ll have to answer in court.
That’s not even the big deal. Just wait.
He fired Celletti for budgetary reasons. She was Deputy State Treasurer. Again, he fired her for budgetary reasons. So what’d he do? He hired Eugene Harrell, a state retiree, to double dip. For a position he allegedly couldn’t afford. A double dipper! We’re paying the man twice. After letting Celletti go for budget constraints.
Call me crazy, but I’m pretty sure you can’t nix someone due to “budget constraints” and then hire someone to double dip for that position and get away with it.
Hahaha. I just can’t breathe over this one.

Not only has he axed the jantorial staff, but he has a “Director” (I use the term loosely) opening the mail….for $70k a year! Brilliant.

Eagle Eye~ you have no idea what a waste of resources that “Director” is. All she does is open mail, make sure it’s stapled in the right spot, and take trips on the Treasury’s money! There are several people in the Treasury that are double dippers~ check the records!! WASTEFUL!!
