Hands down, I declare the winner to be Mitch McConnell. Again he has assisted in stopping progress for the working people, such as the bill aiding small businesses just today. This man is a bonafide nut and deserves the biggest, goldest Poo Poo award you got in stock.

The man cannot stand the thoughts of the Democrats getting any credit, so he and his cronies puts their selfish, political agenda above the American people again. Congrats, Mitch!

Jeff Greer - for not allowing the Payday Lending bill a simple hearing in the Banking & Insurance Committee. He had an agreement with the industry to do nothing on pay day lending until the data collection authorized in 2009 could be analyzed.

It requires lube just to type that sentence.

Bourbon is another form of 'lubricant'...

Got to go with the Teamsters and the Bourbon industry on this one...Larry Clark.
Any legislation that would cause rational people to pour out perfectly good bourbon on the Capital steps in Frankfort, and arbitrarily drive up the costs for enjoying one of our trademark products...well...that's just wrong.

My thoughts are for HCR-10 and Kentucky Equality Fed.

Wow, what a resolution! Our legislators demanding that the Federal Government respect the sovereignty of Kentucky. Sounds like something Rand Paul might enjoy hearing. Yet, for some weird reason, Jordan Palmer decided that this bill should be supported because it would be positive for LGBT rights in KY.

OK, so, we declare that we are no longer subject to federal hate crimes protections, decide we can re-criminalize sodomy, and lose the right to visit a partner in the hospital. Sounds like he is being really supportive on this one!

What an idiot.

Anyone consider HB 5?? It's the mess Joe Meyer shopped around and finally got Larry Clark to sponsor. A completely ineffective piece of legislation that will destroy the unemployment insurance program in KY.

the governor...by landslide...since he's passed absolutely no MEANINGFUL legislation including his gambling (3 strikes and you're out)...so indeed, it appears Mr. Beshear is need of a truck load of lubricant to get anything passed at all even by the House which is majority Dem. Award just says "Legislation Requiring the Most Lubricant"...it doesn't say legislation that passed or legislation that did in fact receive the necessary lubricant. Little oil on Beshear's proposals can't hurt...he's bet three times on slots and lost each time.
