There you have it, kids. Coach John Calipari pussed (oooh, sexist, sue me) out after some people complained on the internet.

And also because it’s kind of, you know, not legal to have non-profit and campaign events at the same time and in the same place with the same people?

Or is it really that I’m less of a puss than Calipari? I.E., I don’t puss out when Conway staffers/people on the internet lose their shit on me? It’s obviously always about me. So. Yes. I’m less of a puss than that dude.

Additional thoughts: This is still good for Steve Beshear. He got the positive press from it and it’ll be in all the papers in the A.M. Calipari’s the one who looks like a puss. So chalk this one up as a win for Papaw Beshear – and really do it, because you know I almost never say nice things about the man.

P.S. UK fans are trying to shoot me dead because of my mean remarks. But. Uh. This wimping out wasn’t just about family stuff, regardless of what you’ll read and hear tomorrow. Oh, and more than 1,000 copies of the invitation have already been sent out.
