It’s FEC funtimes again! The U.S. Senate reports have finally hit.

Let’s dig in to Rand Paul’s numbers:

  • $829,148.55 raised
  • $651,147.12 spent
  • $363,035.80 cash on hand
  • $57,506.25 debts owed

The majority of in-state contributions received by Paul were from a few people who gave repeatedly

  • 414 in-state contributions for 22%
  • 1,451 out-of-state contributions for 78%

Interestingly, there were no disbursements for Alchemy, LLC, the company owning the property at which his campaign was headquartered

    The most disturbing numbers are the fact that 78% of his contributions are from out of state. The National Tea Party is hijacking our election. But I am confused about one thing. He claimed to have raised over 1 million but this is only showing 829,000. Is there more money somewhere else or is just more lies? It’s also kind of weird that he used donations to him to donate to his dad’s campaign. But isn’t everything about the Paul’s pretty weird.
