Is Rand Paul a creationist or not? I don’t think there’s any harm in answering that question when you’re running for the U.S. Senate. Unless, of course, you have eschewed all other discussion of religion. And Rand most certainly has not done so. [True/Slant]

I want to say something about home schooling because I happen to home school three of my four kids……though next year it will be just one as I’m sending two more back to public school. We’re not all afraid of the government. I’ve heard of CHEK. They provide some good legal resources for home schoolers, some of which I have used as reference material myself…….but I don’t go to their conferences. I pulled my kids out of the public elementary school because there was no discipline there and it was like a zoo. There are sometimes good reasons to home school.

I don’t know anyone who actually opposes home schooling. Just home schooling that lacks education and focuses solely on a set of beliefs (not knocking faith or what have you)…

More precisely: Is Rand a young-earth or old-earth creationist? What about the incoherence of those are those who don’t believe in a Creator and imagine that Evolution can explain the development of life?

Just look at the big googly ‘eyes’ on a moth’s wings and tell me there’s no intelligence behind the design of the universe. Those things just appeared there ‘randomly’? No, there’s an intelligent purpose for them.
