Jake – I beg to differ. This whole mess with Logsdon will go away.
A) Adam and Papaw Steve never admit they are wrong
B) They moved him to the party because they don’t care about the party in the first place.
C) They don’t care what “party people” say or think. “They” are the Governor, everyone else can eat cake.
Does anyone know how much they are paying him?

It hasn’t gone away yet.
Adam and Papaw admit when they’re wrong. Larry & Joe, however, do not.
They care about the party. They’ve evidenced that to me. Their actions don’t back up the claims, though. Or they just don’t have a damn clue.
There’s no money to pay anybody just yet and the DSCC isn’t gonna push much cash to the party.

He has only been Chair for three days – It will be history by this time next week.
If you admit that their actions don’t back up their claims then how could they evidence that to you??? These are the guys you say lie to you on a regular basis… Although a strong argument can be made for clueless.
They had to promise him a paycheck – It might bounce, but some $ amount had to put on the deal. How else would he be able to contribute to Ritchie next year.
