HAHAHA. Oh, man, can’t breathe. He’s STILL talking about this!
Saint Dr. Rand Liberty Christ Paul says his precious reputation has been ruined by “lies and innuendo.” That’s right. The libruls made it all up. They put those words in his mouth. Hahaha.
In the end, all that remains of any of us is our reputation. Mine has been sullied over the past week by lies and innuendo.

So you can imagine my shock when my wife called the day after the election to tell me that Jack Conway was on MSNBC saying – outright lying – claiming that I had called for the repeal of the Civil Rights act. Even though these lies were evident by watching the video footage, commentators on MSNBC and elsewhere have been repeating it as fact for over a week now.

I was asked if I supported the Civil Rights Act of 1964. I stated that “I like the Civil Rights Act in the sense that it ended discrimination in all public domains, and I’m all in favor of that.” In response, the interviewer asked me about private domains, and I did what typical candidates don’t – I discussed some philosophical issues with government mandating rules on private businesses. I think the federal government has often gone too far in regulating private citizens and businesses.

I think that statement is very clear. This did not stop my opponent and the liberal media from implying that I meant the opposite.

Segregation ended only after a great and momentous uprising by idealists like Martin Luther King who provoked weak-kneed politicians to action.
In 2010, there are battles that need to be fought, and they have nothing to do with race or discrimination, but rather the rights of people to be free from a nanny state.

For example, should a small business in a two story building have to put in a costly elevator, even if it threatens their economic viability? Wouldn’t it be better to allow that business to give a handicapped employee a ground floor office? We need more businesses and jobs, not fewer.
Click here to read Paul’s entire rant in his latest letter to the editor of the Bowling Green Daily News. (Sidenote: The BGDN has disabled the ability to purchase reprints of many of Paul’s letters. I called a couple weeks ago to find out why I could purchase other articles, but mysteriously a few of the Paul stories were rejected. No one would explain it.)
Unfortunately for Rand Paul? The scary non-Fox mainstreamers and libruls aren’t twisting his words or taking anything out of context. He didn’t have to answer the questions asked of him by several media personalities over the course of two days. He chose to do so. He chose to say everything he said. That has nothing to do with Jack Conway, as said media personalities were giving Paul the opportunity to clarify where he stood and what he believed.
What’s sick, really, is that when clarifying – as he’s trying to do with the above rant – Paul continues to say he supports the right of business to discriminate on the basis of race and disability. Nothing can change that. He said it. He’s still saying it.
The longer Rand Paul drags this out, the worse it’s going to be for him. Apparently he has no clue when the shut the heck up.

And he’s got the elevator regs wrong, too:

Not exactly… his beef with elevator regs is correct in that the exemption for 3-floor small businesses has an exception for medical offices. It’s his wording that is wrong. He is equating medical office LLC’s with all “small businesses,” which is baloney:

Did Rand Paul hire Trey Grayson’s campaign staff? Why in the hell is he still talking about this?

Rand Paul is not a racist. He is simply small and dumb. Thank God he won the primary.

Huh. It’s funny how Paul’s own words need to be deciphered by his followers before they become even margiannly fit for public consumption.
“What he meant was…”
“Paul’s right in that…”
“I think what he’s really saying is…”
Paul may have a strong following but in their dark heart they know the man is as bad as normal people take him to be; no no amount of makeup is going to make that pig fancy.

Newspapers are so lame now. Not allowing PageOne access to certain articles is ridiculous. The Bowling Green Daily News could potentially reach new readers if they weren’t being so small-minded.
