Wow.
To clarify: The HOUSE passed it, as a commenter pointed out. Was in a rush to post this and didn’t include that detail.
I’m just shocked the House got its act together.

It only passed the House. We still do not have a state budget. The Senate still has to act on the budget. It could approve as passed by the House, amend the House budget, or simply stall and do nothing.
