    Thienemann admitting giving a bride, but Fred Cowan was the politician who recieved and accepted that bribe.
    Thienemann did wrong, but is not an elected offical. Cowan was when he accepted the bribe, if this is all true, and has been elected since this happened 11 years ago. Wrong!
