• University of Kentucky Board of Trustees – 2 positions
• University of Louisville Board of Trustees – 2 positions
• Eastern Kentucky University Board of Trustees – 2 positions
• Western Kentucky University Board of Regents – 2 positions
• Northern Kentucky University Board of Regents – 2 positions
• Morehead State University Board of Regents – 2 positions
• Kentucky State University Board of Regents – 2 positions
• Murray State University Board of Regents – 3 positions
• Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education – 3 positions
• Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority Board of Directors – 5 positions
• Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents – 1 position (applicant cannot be from the 4th or 5th Supreme Court District)
• Kentucky Authority for Educational Television – 2 positions
