Food Stamp Numbers Down A Bit In February

Food Stamp participation in Kentucky was down a tad in February. Roughly 1,800 people dropped from the rolls. That means 769,000 Kentuckians are still receiving food assistance. 22% higher than the 623,019 in December 2007.
