Why does McConnell want a second “Contract With America”? Will he ignore that one like he ignored the first one? Did you know that “common sense health care reform” was in the first Contract with America?
If the Republicans had followed the first contract, including having Congress live under the same laws as the rest of America (and that SHOULD include any Health Care legislation, if it passes), a balanced budget, etc., then McConnell would still be the Majority Leader, not the Minority Leader.
