The reason I asked is because KY FACES spokesperson/director is Phil Osborne, the CEO of Preston-Osborne, a marketing and research firm. One of their clients is the East Kentucky Power Cooperative, and I believe Jackson Energy, and at least one or two other electric co-ops. I know they've done polling fairly regularly for Jackson Energy. I was just wondering if Phil was also doing the PR for FACES. It's already such a tangled web of conflicted interests....not that him doing PR for FACES would make it any moreso at this point. But, was just curious... Thanks.
