Sorta Blind Item: Let’s Play A Guessing Game

March 8th, 2010 · 11 Comments

Guess which Kentucky Republican and known teabagger constantly crows about hating pork spending and hometown building projects but allegedly uses his position as a legislator to score projects for his construction company employer?

This teabagger, who has a history of merely being a disc jockey, scored a job with a prominent construction company a couple years ago because he’s a legislator. A construction company that probably gets, oh, 75% of its work via government contracts.

Most recently, he told a newspaper in Bowling Green that he was upset with the proposed budget because it was filled with school building projects.

But behind the scenes? This legislator was – according to school officials in Metcalfe County – calling Metcalfe County Schools (as a legislator) to say he’d like his employer to build or manage construction of a new school set to replace a current Category 5 facility.

This man talks a lot of smack about building projects and bonding while he is simultaneously responsible for those very things.

Wonder how the Club for Growth, Blueballs Institute and the rest of the teabaggers feel about their main man using his position to score pork projects for his employer?

Find out who he is after the jump… and let us know what you think in the comments…

Jim DeCesare has a lot of explaining to do.

But not nearly as much explaining as he’ll have to do when something else in Warren County comes to light in a few months.

Here are a couple photos of DeCesare with his idols from his website:

he is just like all the other repubs – their outrage is selective – and the mantra is the same : Don’t do as we do – DO AS WE SAY!!!

He has no explaining to do. He will just blow this off and it will go away, as does the other politicians.

They might as well keep doing as they are doing because they don’t even get a slap on the hand.

I love what Crit is doing, but it seems useless because you don’t hear any of these people getting jailed, fined or even brought up on charges.

    Nope, this isn’t going away.

This is one of the rare occasions when I can say with certainty it’s not going away.

I hope it’s not going away. DeCesare is a first class goon and jerk.

This is exactly what club for growth wants from its lege’s. You don’t think mcconnell thought this up on his own, do you?
