Here’s Ayn Rand:

And here’s Jim Gooch:

Dear Walrus: We’re obviously just trying to silence you.

BFFs, indeed. Both hate the EPA and make shiz up in an attempt to deny the realities of climate change.

Fear!!1! Nobama! EPA!

    so does Grayson. just saying.

But I suppose it’s better than people like Lt. Dan, who admit that it exists but don’t want to do a single thing about it.

I have no trouble accepting the reality of climate change. Kicking up sea fossils hiking in Iowa can do that for you. It’s the do something part that bothers me. Politicians taxing weather and picking economic winners and losers on theories? ummmm… that gives me serious pause.

Well … come up with a better idea.

If it is a ‘market based solution’ STF. You, nor anyone else can tell us what the markets are, where they are, what they market, where it’s made (China don’t count), what’s the price of the marketed material, where is the price/profit point, etc.

‘Markets is a phantom issue designed to dupe innocents into fragmenting the message and allowing the discussion/arguement to be framed by reactionaries, instead of progressives!

Lumber Jack, did you know that Cap and Trade was an Enron wet dream and still a top goal of the good folks at Goldman Sachs? Weather/climate derivatives, just the ticket for those who thought bundling and selling bullshit, con-artist mortgages wasn’t scammy enough. Right now Prince Albert of Tennessee and the Willard probably wishes he’d shorted that stock. Well, fuck him and Tipper, too.
