Some Hilarious Katie Stine Stuff For You

February 2nd, 2010 · 4 Comments

Haha, so, funny rumor/story…

State Senator Pro-Tempore Katie Stine apparently (rumored) had a mini-meltdown at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce event on January 29th.

I can’t tell the story any better than our tipster, so take a look at what they shared:

At the NKY Chamber of Commerce Event (1/29/10)where Gov Beshear spoke there was an incident involving Senate Pro Tem Stine.

All of the NKY legislators were seated at one table. As Stine and Rep Dennis Keene are both from Campbell County, Stine was designated by place cards to sit next to Dennis Keene.

Senator Stine came in late and when she saw where she was suppose to sit next to Keene she went over to talk to someone at the next table.

When Covington Rep. Arnold Simpson took a moment to get up to speak to someone, Stine went over and took his place even as he had already had begun to eat.

Rep. Simpson came back and told Stine, “you are in my place’.  Stine told Simpson you can go sit over there! The entire table laughed including Senator Jack Westwood at Stine’s predicament.

The matter was soon resolved when Stine quickly left the luncheon in a fit of pique.

HAHAHAHA. How great is that?

I’m reminded that this isn’t the first time Stine has lost her temper/cool on the Democrats. During a legislative session not long passed, she gaveled(sp?) Gov/Sen. Julian Carroll’s grandchildren out of the chamber. And a couple years ago she resigned her position as co-chaircritter of Contract Review because her state house counterpart was Rep. Dennis Keene.

Oh, I grew up down the street from Katie Stine. This seems pretty much standard fare.

I thought I would see what my former Hillbilly State was doing and from the looks of it nothing much different. You call this journalism? HaHaHa! You don’t write credible articles and use such synonyms as this.

Please go back to school and get an education, this rag just doesn’t cut it!

For three years I’ve rallied against the term “journalism”…

But, you’re right, I’m clearly just cold making shit up and claiming to be a journalist.

Rawk on VV! Jolene, you’re on the wrong page girlfriend. You need to leave your former hillbillies to our muckraking. I’m sure you’ll find “credible journalism” elsewhere. ha ha indeed. Oh and I’ve got your synonym.
