Beshear had nothing to do with this. This is something that Microsoft has been doing and will be doing with all the states. (See http://www.microsoft.com/About/CorporateCitizenship/us/CommunityInvestment/participatingstatesmap.aspx, where the map hasn’t been updated with Kentucky yet.)
I’ve already signed up, although I don’t see how getting a 17th certification will help me get a good job better than the 16 I already have will.
If anyone gets a voucher number, and then decides not to use it, send it my way so that I can get #18.

He’s on a PC? I would have thought Adam Edelen’s wife would have sold him an Apple by now. It’s good she has that job since her hubby’s Frankfort job will be ending soon.
