But it’s 2010. Why the crap is a state government employee referencing their religious beliefs via state email? And more importantly– why are they doing so while issuing a press release?
I’ve played nice so far and didn’t want to name names. And I truly don’t want to embarrass anybody. But. Uh. Really? I don’t want my tax dollars supporting god, buddha, allah or anything of the sort.
Like a wise person just told me… I think it’s time we all just start signing emails thusly: “Love and best dishes, y’all!”

I doubt you’re going to get much traction on this from Kentucky readers. Kentucky was ranked #10 in a Pew Forum poll on how important religion is.
I, for one, think that religion is the foundation of good morality and have no problems with that reference…in God I trust.
