Are we supposed to be upset that Tom Riner says Merry Christmas or what?
I would rather Tom Riner say that and care about the issues that matter in the legislator, than be like Greg Stumbo or Steve Beshear, that is for sure. Riner is a good guy in my opinion and many times votes for the little guy, not special interests.

Um… I was legitimately thanking the Riners for their card….?
(I would never mask my disdain about the Riners, ever)

Mike Slaton will be appearing on the “My View Matters” radio show this coming Thursday, Dec 31, at 7pm to 8pm (1080AM, WKJK).
Kudos to Mike for being the first Democrat/liberal candidate to come on the show.

Other than the gays and god (which includes opposition to abortion), Riner is a pretty liberal voter and a perfect labor vote. Two active white guys running in a moderately black and slightly conservative district could finally put the 41st into play for an African-American. Denise Bentley and Bobbie Powell live in there as do several other active blacks – even Carolyn Tandy. This is a district to see who else gets in. Then there is always Anne Northup on the Republican side. A large chunk of the district is in St. Matthews. Maybe she wants to go back to Frankfort.

Someone needs to tell the camera man that aiming a camera into the light makes everything and everyone dark. Thus a dark video clip.
