Higdon's bill, as it stands now, leaves Dan Kelly and everyone else who pushed this shameful piece of legislation through in 2005 still feeding at the trough (including, presumably, Jimmy Higdon). People where told it could be past xmas before its back on. Say a prayer it comes on quicker for them. Propane and kerosene sold out immediately and kerosene was being rationed in Pound Va.
