Sometimes I wonder if this state or the KDP will ever change. Beshear shows the same sycophancy to King Coal that could have been ripped straight from the headlines 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years ago. And yet, every election year KY Democrats and progressives have to tell themselves that as ineffectual and corrupt as the KY Dems are, the Republicans are worse. I guess it's true, but sheee-ut, Beshear has turned out to be one magnificently useless pile of crap. I do that hold-my-nose and vote for "our guy" routine too, but one day the cognitive dissonance is just gonna explode my brain all over the ballot box. Guh, I’m so sick of these shitty KY Democrats. I agree 100% with everything written. Beshear can't spin his way out of this one. It's either him or Sec peters that has to go. I'd wish Beshear luck on the next election but it's not going to help.
