Republican Jack Ditty, who lost to Robin Webb in the special senate election in the 18th district, has officially filed to run against her in the fall:

Actually I think this will be a race targeted by state and national GOP groups. Besides we saw in the 14th State Senate and 96th House races last week, it doesn’t take lots of money to win.
