You won’t want to miss the story of the Courier-Journal sending a demand that I remove a photograph taken in a public space on a public sidewalk from a public street from my website. I love you, C-J, and all of your free publicity generated when you drum up silly fights like this. I consider this a great endorsement! [Page One]

Ah, the pro-life female friends of Daniel Mongiardo. [Barefoot & Progressive]

Here’s a story and photograph of Papaw Gas Station Governor Steve Beshear dedicating the completion of KY 519. [The Morehead News]

Remember the Harley plant? Everybody thinks it was a ruse. [State Journal]

Attorney General Jack Conway has officially requested execution dates for three death row inmates. 3, 2, 1… all the pro-lifers out there will sit on their hands as these human lives are taken. Rather than fighting to keep these criminals behind bars, suffering as their victims have suffered. [H-L]

It’s funny that the Finance Secretary has planted more fruit trees than the Agriculture Commissioner. Heh. [More State Journal]

HAHAHA! “Kentucky Coal” has a Twitter account and it is private. Guess there’s a lot that Preston Osborne wants to keep hush-hush. [Twat]

Jack Conway has a challenge for everybody running in the U.S. Senate race. [More Twatting]

Ronnie Ellis is right. It’s difficult not to be cynical. [Ronnie Ellis]

The only American screaming is Mitch McConnell. [Talking Points Memo]

    I am pro-life…and anti-death penalty.
Don’t see the righteousness or humanity in government sanctioned execution of an otherwise defenseless human…and certainly don’t see the logic in allowing the incompetents in government the power to make life and death decisions.

Lets see if my point in my previous post are true. Will all the people that are pro choice come out against Jack Conway and him requesting execution dates.

wait… I’m wrong if you are pro-choice then you HAVE to be pro-death penalty… right? Kill an adult-abort a baby, same thing… right

But I’m for the death penalty too so I’ll not argue on this one.

“The High Priest of Rich Man’s Pork Bellows On”

Average Kentuckians seldom waste their their time screaming at McConnell any longer, knowing full well that he has deaf ears for any form of helpful health care. His scheming, lying eyes are glued to the wallets of fat-cat health industry lobbyists, tobacco giants, and stupendous drug companies–all of whom bilk his citizens of their good health. Thanks for nothing, Mitch. Go on with your self-serving campaigns.

In all fairness Novena…there is near parity between the dems and reps in what they receive from the health care and big pharma.
There is however a marked difference in what the respective party machines receive from either the insurance industry or the lawyer special interests…of course reps are the big winner with the insurers…dems the big winners with the lawyers.
…and they vote as they are paid to vote.
