“Wanted: Lobbying Group for Wire Hangers”

I’m sure that both Ben and Mitch would welcome yet another lobbying group–this one for wire hangers. By joining on to the Stupak amendment, they continue to act stupidly. The upshot will be more bloody abortions for those women who can least afford it. When will Ben and Mitch give a shiz about these women–after they die?

I have to wonder if Mitch might see his power over the party in Kentucky slipping away and being fractured, and is going into CYA mode.

In reality, though, you’re just a lobbyist who has given money to Ben Chandler. And it seems to me you’re just making shit up.

So I’m pretty sure the 50% Democratic and 50% Republican readership of this site couldn’t care what you have to say because it’s more biased than I could ever be.

Evidence? Ben Chandler rarely visits his district to talk to anyone. When he’s at events, he typically runs away from people faster than Greg Fischer.

Yeah, you’re right, it’s totally out-of-line to portray Ben Chandler as someone who wants women to start using coat hangers for bathroom abortions again. Because he totally didn’t vote for that very scenario or anything.

Jake….what evidence do you have that Ben is lying about his districts opposition to the bill. It seems to me he did what he is suppose to do. He traveled the district, spoke with its citizens and its local reps like Bob Damron to guage their support. Where is the wrong in that?

It seems the so called “progressives” who post on this site have a litmus test for each and every vote they deem the most important. Ben voted for cap and trade, which as a conservative disappointed me. Does that not earn him any goodwill? Aren’t we suppose to elect or reps and trust them to make the right decisions? Just because you disagree doesn’t mean Ben is a bad man (or worse as your language has alleged).

The close mindedness of some of the posters as well as the vitriol thrown at Ben (the hanger picture was over the top and beneath any attempt at political dialogue) is disappointing. But hey, I am a conservative so that is probably the kiss of death.

Now I will wait to be called a Nazi fascist by your readers.
