Dear Joe Arnold: Maybe you shouldn’t scare the bejeezus out of people when it comes to the flu vaccine? Maybe when you run a big story about how poisonous the preservatives in the vaccine are, maybe, uh, you could run some facts along with what you’re posting from a couple who aren’t medical professionals? That’d be a good idea. Fine to post opinion about just about anything – but not health care. Not even I do that. [Joe Arnold]

Jimmy Higdon proposed Kentucky move to a ‘semi-open’ primary elections, wherein voters registered to no party (true independents) would be able to vote.
I’m all for that.
I’ve spoken to Mr Higdon also, by all accounts, a very approachable and sincere individual.
I hope he wins.

I love the opening line in the Glasgow Times regarding Stumbo’s idea to steal tax payers dollars from school districts. It says, “There are dumb ideas and then there is Stumbo’s idea.”
Kudos!
