		<description>As a Catholic and a Libertarian, this is one I wrestle with myself.
What it comes down to for me, is that as a Libertarian I believe that no person has the right to infringe upon another&#039;s basic constitutional rights.  Primary amongst these is a right to life. 
 
For me personally, I do have some issues with the state inserting itself into the doctor/patient relationship...as well...I have problems with the state not protecting the rights of the unborn.  
  
Yeah...I&#039;m somewhat conflicted...I admit it.  

But in the end, I personally have to place the right to life ahead of the right to choose.  
I also happen to be opposed to the death penalty.

He&#039;s a registered republican that espouses many Libertarian beliefs...it&#039;s not that complicated.</description>
