Greg Stumbo is going to China to represent Kentucky and we don’t have to foot the bill. The State Legislative Leaders Foundation will be paying for air fare, lodging and meals. Stumbo will be part of a group of legislators from more than 30 states who will travel to Red China in November to attend the Sino-US Provincial Legislative Leaders Forum.
