Adding to this are the multiple complaints of current and former employees who allege everything from financial extortion to sexual harassment (multiple counts) and Meloche’s policies fostering rampant outbreaks of disease in the shelter.

The disease conditions have also led to many complaints from people who adopted or reclaimed animals which became severely ill (or died). Makes you wonder how many box tops Meloche needed to send in to get that Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree?

And, while Jerry hired him because of his credentials, the fact that Meloche also boasts an MBA leads to much head-scratching when you learn that he dismally FAILED his 2007 Metro audit (which earned him a 10% pay raise from the Jerrmeister). However, Downard’s investigation is also going to focus on the results of a current audit which show that not only didn’t Meloche clean up the problems from several years ago, they have gotten worse! Records are missing, ANIMALS are missing and, apparently, money is missing too. Add to that Meloche having entered into a partnership agreement with a private company which involves a mutual diddling of the books (not to mention allegations of another type of diddling), and you’re left wondering just how much of a pay raise Jerry will lavish on him this year!

The poster boy for the Dem’s version of Nanny Government, Meloche believes that HE is the one to decide whether or not you should own an animal. And, in a 2008 deposition where he channeled Jerry Abramson’s “too poor & too black” mindset, Meloche actually declared that poor people should not not allowed to own pets.

Added to that, he has an obsessive reaction to any animal with intact genetalia, the mere thought of which can send him into a warrant-forging, jack-boot invasion of your home to confiscate said animal and forcibly remove its procreative parts. Given his own penchant for sexual predations, one’s mind is left spinning at the psychological implications of that behavior!

When it comes to poo, Meloche has caused and spread so much of it, it’s only fitting (in so many ways!) that he recive an award for all that he has accomplished.

It’s 1/8 of the way into Obama’s first term and this nut is still acting like the GOP has a majority in the Senate? Voting against Sotomayor…is he serious? His ignorance of his own irrelevance will bring down his legacy in his last lap around the track. Surely one of his clients, I mean constituents, are embarrassed enough to throw him under the bus?

(If I was being serious, I would vote for Madonna Flood for her conflict of interests regarding her convict-husband being on the public dole when he legally could not have been. If Ms. Flood did not abstain in voting for any budget involving giving her husband money, then she should be charged.)
