If Gary Tapp’s legislation didn’t happen, I would have to go with David Tandy for his mad zeal to rubber stamp the bridges authority resolution. The immense and unnecessary downtown destruction from the Ohio River Bridges Project is going to screw this community hard for a very long time to come.

Did we all forgot that Dan Johnson pushed for an ordinance in Louisville banning new construction of gas stations, believing in the goofy logic that it would somehow help lower gas prices. That one is the prize.

I nominate Cheri Hamilton for her support and introduction of the Dog Ordinance that has summarily stripped all of the Metro area residents of all of our constitutional rights. Ironically, the leader of the charge, Gilles Meloche, says in his deposition in the Federal lawsuit filed by 12 plaintiffs, that poor people shouldn’t own dogs because they don’t usually buy food. So much for the land of the free!!!!!

I don’t know if it was ‘legislation’ or just a policy change…but Jerry has to get some consideration for trying to ram it up law enforcement’s ass with the fee for take home cars….all the while lavishing money on Cordish.

Judy Green’s initiative to ban baggy pants… I wonder if these young men know what exposing their underwear &/or crack implies??? An advertising campaign aimed at educating our younger people that they are advertising “I’m easy”…..
