He also was with the Templeton Foundation and overlapped with one R. Felner in Rhode Island. ICheek was in the state department--RI is a VERY Small state. He is finishing a second Ph.D in theology at a British University. I think ALL candidates full resumes need to be posted and past activities checked. The last thing we need is another damned Thomas Boysen coming into this state. There are plenty of qualified people in Kentucky who could do that job, who are familiar with our public education system and its shortcomings and successes, who already understand Kentucky and Kentuckians. I'm tired of the damned carpetbaggers coming in here, thinking they know what's best for us.
